Join us for a fun practice to welcome in a bright 2019! Together we will enjoy a gentle flowing asana practice linking breath with movement. Tune into your inner wisdom to let go of anything you don’t want to carry with you into the New Year and set your sankalpa (an intention formed by the heart and mind) for a bright 2019. We will finish the session with a chakra-balancing relaxation, leaving you feeling centred and grounded ahead of the new year.
This class will be donation-based with all proceeds going to the wonderful charity “Mind”.
If you’re considering inviting a yoga practice into your life but are not sure what to expect then this may be the perfect “taster” session to give it a go and see if you like it!
