Class description: Exploring a range of asana (physical postures), flowing sequences and pranayama (breathing practices) to cultivate mindfulness, build strength and flexibility and refresh and enliven both body and mind. Modifications and variations are offered to allow beginners, and those with more experience, to take their practice as far as they wish.
