New Year's Charity Yoga Practice - The Big Reveal...
I am thrilled to announce that our practice on 9 January 2018 raised an incredible £106 for the charity Mind! Thankyou so much for supporting this wonderful charity and for your warm energy at our practice. Your generous donations will go towards helping Mind continue their mission to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. Namaste

New Monday evening practices coming soon to the Maidenhead area.
I am in the process of sourcing and securing a venue for new Monday evening practices in the Maidenhead area, convenient for nearby locations including Maidenhead, Cookham, Bourne End and Taplow. I will publish details to the website and Facebook page (@aspireyogaberkshirebucks) once arrangements have been finalised.

The Sutra Series
When: Tuesdays 7:30 - 8:45pm (16 Jan – 20 Feb)
Where: Tylers Green Village Hall (The Penn Room), Church Road, Penn, HP10 8LN.                     The philosophy and practice of yoga has ancient roots. In the 2nd Century the sage Patanjali “systematised” the philosophy and practice of yoga into a series of statements, recognised today as the “yoga sutras”. In this series we will explore some of the key tenets of what Patanjali had to say in support of living well – physically, mentally and emotionally – and achieving our potential.
Myths of the Asana Series
When: Tuesdays 7:30 - 8:45pm (6 Mar – 10 Apr)
Where: Tylers Green Village Hall (The Penn Room), Church Road, Penn, HP10 8LN
Behind each asana is an ancient story about a god, sage, or sacred animal. In this series of classes we will explore some of the rich tapestry of myths behind yoga’s spiritual tradition to deepen our understanding and bring a little more colour to our practice.

Refresh & Enliven (Maidenhead)
When: Thursdays 8:30 - 9:30pm
Where: Furze Platt Leisure Centre, Maidenhead, SL6 7NQ. Please call to book: 01628 308 296 Exploring a range of asana (physical postures), flowing sequences and pranayama (breathing practices) to cultivate mindfulness, build strength and flexibility and refresh and enliven both body and mind.
