GIFT VOUCHERS AVAILABLE

Sold as a a set of 6 (£45) and redeemable against Tuesday practices in Penn AND Monday Slow Flow practices in Maidenhead from 9 April 2018. The perfect gift for the aspiring yogi!

DID YOU KNOW...We often close our practice with the Anjali mudra. Anjali is a Sanskrit term (the language of yoga) which means, “to offer” or “to salutate”. The term mudra means “seal”. So when we close our practice saying "Namaste" ("Na-mah-stey") - roughly translating as "the divine light in me recognises and honours the divine light in you" - we take Anjali mudra in front of the heart to seal the intention of our words.
