Hello Autumn and "Seasons of mist and mellow fruitfulness," my personal favourite time of year! In this issue of the newsletter you will find details of classes and the upcoming October Chakra-Balancing Workshop, the perfect opportunity to dedicate your energies to your wellbeing.
REMINDER: There is no class in Penn on Tuesday 22 August due to essential hall maintenance, and no class in Maidenhead on Monday 27 August due to the school site being closed for the Bank Holiday.

CHAKRA-BALANCING WORKSHOP

About the workshop:
In yogic subtle anatomy there are 7 sites of significance in our bodies called "chakras". The chakras are described as “wheels” of energy which, when in balance and alignment, create the optimum conditions for energy-flow. Join me for a morning of fluid movement, meditation and relaxation sequenced to balance the chakras and cultivate a deep sense of peace.
Refreshments will be available at the end of the workshop.
Suitable for all levels except complete beginners

What to bring
: Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket for final relaxation.

REFRESH & ENLIVEN SLOW FLOW
Mondays (6:00-7:00pm) at St Piran's School (Lower School Hall), Gringer Hill, Maidenhead, Berkshire. SL6 7LZ. 
This Slow Flow practice will support you in starting your week mindfully and with self-compassion to refresh and enliven body and mind. Spaces are limited and so booking essential.

REFRESH & ENLIVEN
Tuesdays (7:30-8:45pm) at Tylers Green Village Hall (Penn Room), Church Road, Tylers Green, Penn, HP10 8LN.
Exploring a range of asana (physical postures), flowing sequences and pranayama (breathing practices) to cultivate mindfulness, build strength and flexibility and refresh and enliven both body and mind. Modifications and variations are offered to allow beginners, and those with more experience, to take their practice as far as they wish. Spaces are limited and so booking essential.
