It’s been a busy old year, can’t quite believe we’re nearly at the end of 2018 as we head into chilly November! In this edition of the newsletter you will find details of our last few classes in November before we take a break until January 2019, and advance notice of a new price structure taking effect from 1 January. As we head into chillier evenings I recommend all you yogis and yoginis bring along a blanket and warmer layers to all classes for total comfort in your relaxation. Om shanti.

LAST CLASSES 2018: Aspire Yoga will be taking a break in December to focus on continuing professional development. Our LAST group-practices for 2018 will be:

Maidenhead: Monday 26 Nov 2018
Penn: Tuesday 27 Nov 2018

2019 CLASSES: Our first group-practices will be:
Maidenhead: Monday 7 Jan 2019 
Penn: Tuesday 8 Jan 2019

We start our 2019 class schedule with special “Setting Intentions” practices designed for you to tune into your inner wisdom to let go of anything you don’t want to carry with you into the New Year and to set your sankalpa (an intention formed by the heart and mind) for a bright 2019.
Continuing with tradition, our first practice in Penn on Tuesday 8 January will be donation-based with all proceeds going to the wonderful charity “Mind”.

Please be advised that a new price structure will take effect from 1 Jan 2019 as follows:
£10 drop-in/£50 block of 6 classes* 
£9 concessions/£45 block of 6 classes*

*Please note that all class blocks purchased after 1 Jan 2019 will be valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. All class blocks that have been purchased prior to 1 Jan 2019 and which are still “live” will be honoured under the terms current at the time of purchase, meaning that the 3-month expiration period does not apply.

Mondays (6:00-7:00pm) at St Piran's School (Lower School Hall), Gringer Hill, Maidenhead, Berkshire. SL6 7LZ. This Slow Flow practice will support you in starting your week mindfully and with self-compassion to refresh and enliven body and mind. Spaces are limited and so booking essential.

Tuesdays (7:30-8:45pm) at Tylers Green Village Hall (Penn Room), Church Road, Tylers Green, Penn, HP10 8LN. Exploring a range of asana (physical postures), flowing sequences and pranayama (breathing practices) to cultivate mindfulness, build strength and flexibility and refresh and enliven both body and mind. Modifications and variations are offered to allow beginners, and those with more experience, to take their practice as far as they wish. Spaces are limited and so booking essential.

CLASS START-TIMES AND LATE ARRIVALS: In the interests of minimising disruption to all students who are already engaged with their practice, if you do arrive to class and see a red hair-scrunchie on the door-handle please respect your fellow yogis and understand that the practice has already started and it is now too late to join the class.
