About the workshop: In yogic subtle anatomy there are 7 sites of significance in our bodies called "chakras". The chakras are described as “wheels” of energy which, when in balance and alignment, create the optimum conditions for energy-flow. Join me for a morning of fluid movement, meditation and relaxation sequenced to balance the chakras and cultivate a deep sense of peace. Refreshments will be available at the end of the workshop.
Suitable for all levels except complete beginners

What to bring
: Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket for final relaxation.
